Terms of Service — Script Factory

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Script Factory ("the Service"), operated by PPOSB ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Script Factory is a visual script-building tool designed exclusively for use with the OSBot scripting platform. The Service provides an AI-assisted interface for creating, editing, and compiling scripts compatible with the OSBot client API.

Script Factory is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OSBot, Jagex Ltd., or any of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, or partners. All third-party product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to third-party platforms is purely for compatibility description purposes.

3. "As-Is" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.
Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, scripts, or code generated by the Service.
Any warranty that scripts created with the Service will function correctly, perform as expected, or be compatible with any particular version of any third-party platform.

4. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees whatsoever regarding:

Account safety: Use of scripts created with Script Factory is entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee that any script is "ban-proof," "detection-proof," or otherwise safe to use on any third-party platform. You are solely responsible for the consequences of using scripts you create.
AI-generated code: Script Factory uses third-party AI models to power its AI features. AI-generated code is not guaranteed to be correct, complete, functional, or free of errors. It is inherently impossible to guarantee that AI will produce 100% working code. All AI output should be treated as a starting point and must be reviewed, tested, and validated by you before use. PPOSB has no control over the third-party AI models, their outputs, or their accuracy.
Script correctness: Both AI-generated and user-built scripts may contain errors, produce unintended behavior, or fail to operate as described. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing all scripts before use.
Third-party platform availability: The Service depends on the OSBot platform for script execution. Changes to, disruptions of, or discontinuation of the OSBot platform or its API are entirely outside our control. We bear no responsibility for such events.
Service uptime: While we strive to maintain availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

5. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to exploit the Service.

6. AI Credits and Payments

Script Factory operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our payment processor, Stripe, and are used to power AI-assisted script generation features.

Non-refundable: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to future purchases only.
Credit expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
Usage: Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features. The number of credits consumed depends on the complexity and length of the AI request and response. Credit costs per request may vary and are deducted automatically.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials or purchased credits.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service itself (distinct from scripts you build with the Service).
Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Service for personal gain or to cause harm.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI training configurations, system prompts, documentation, and branding, is the property of PPOSB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Service utilizes third-party AI models under license; the underlying models remain the property of their respective providers. PPOSB owns all custom training data, prompt engineering, and integration logic built on top of those models.

Scripts you create using the Service are yours. However, you acknowledge that generated scripts rely on the OSBot API and must be used in accordance with OSBot's own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PPOSB and its operators, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions on any third-party platform resulting from the use of scripts created with the Service.
Service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches.
Any damages arising from changes to or discontinuation of third-party platforms.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PPOSB and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or depends upon third-party services, including but not limited to OSBot and Stripe. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or actions of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits at the time of termination are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any previously purchased credits.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
